João Rico, born and raised in Peniche, Portugal, is a sports photojournalist, with some time to make punctual assignments to other areas of photography like, arts, wildlife and landscape.
Nowadays, almost all my time is now spent in major sports events, especially in Liga Nos, the main portuguese football league, as wel as the major leagues of the other sports
Due to being in Peniche, the portuguese "meca" of surf, many surf session come into oportunity.
